ReduceMyFileSize provides free online tools to compress and convert files. The tools are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change, limit or discontinue any tool at any time without notice.

Acceptable use

• You must own the files you upload or have the right to process them.
• Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, malicious, or that you are not authorised to share.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service, and do not use automated means to abuse it. We apply rate limits and may block abusive traffic.
• You are responsible for keeping your own copy of any file you value; we do not retain your files (see the Privacy Policy).

File limits

Uploads are subject to a maximum file size and to the formats each tool accepts; these are shown on each tool's page. A requested target size is a goal, not a guarantee.

No warranty

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output will be fit for a particular purpose. Processing can change or, rarely, fail; always verify important results yourself.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Advertising

This site is supported by advertising served by Google AdSense. Ads are clearly distinguishable from the tools and content.

Governing law
